When contacting Technical Support please have the following information ready:
Your company name and SiteID
Your name, telephone number and email address
The product name, release, operating system and gen level
Any documentation that may help in resolving the problem ie, system dumps, log files, compiler listings
Emergency Support is available outside of normal business hours
Your call will be routed through to our Global Support Center.
