If CA cancels a CA public class in which you enrolled worldwide:
CA makes every effort to teach scheduled classes, but occasionally; unforeseen circumstances arise such as instructor emergencies, location issues or low enrollment. If CA postpones your class: we will provide you with as much advance notice as reasonably possible under the circumstance — in most cases, 10 business days. Once you are notified of a class cancellation, you have the right to reschedule or request credit. Please keep this policy in mind as you make travel arrangements, as CA shall not be liable for non-refundable travel costs.

If you need to cancel your public, private or on-site class enrollment:
If you are unable to attend a class for which you are enrolled or to hold your scheduled on-site/private class, please provide CA with as much advance notice as possible to help us meet our class schedules. The following explains the class cancellation charge policy:
- If you cancel 11 or more business days prior to class start: No charges incurred
- If you cancel 10 business days or fewer prior to class start: You will be charged 100% of the class fee
- If you register during the cancellation period, the policy is in effect immediately.
North America
If you need to cancel your public class enrollment:
