ERGO’s two print centres are responsible for producing 40 million customer mailings every
year and are crucial to the quality of its customer services. ERGO needs to ensure that print
processes are efficient and cost-effective, while minimising waste and paper usage to align

Report Management solution, since 1993 to manage printing and distribution within its
mainframe environment. The solutions automate core processes, such as archiving,
retrieval and backup.

printing costs and safeguard the quality of its printed documents. Integrated backup
