(Denovo) will be deploying Nimsoft Unified Manager as part of its Enterprise Hosting and Cloud Computing Services offering to enable better efficiencies while improving service speed and quality.
Nimsoft Unified Manager, a multi-tenant IT Management-as-a-Service solution, combines industry-leading infrastructure monitoring (Nimsoft Monitor) and ready-to-use ITIL®-based service management (Nimsoft Service Desk).
