Challenge: TNT Express’s IT infrastructure is central to its ability to safeguard business continuity and quality of service. The company needed to provide a more streamlined online interface, but with new applications being produced every two weeks, the company had to accommodate change while maintaining business service levels.
Solution: TNT Express deployed a CA Application Performance Management (APM) solution to provide visibility of how the application environment impacts the customer experience. The solution monitors every core business application and transaction across TNT’s four datacentres and issues automatic alerts to potential performance issues.
