ITIL® has rapidly become the de facto best practice standard in service management and the lens through which the value of services is viewed and measured. IT organizations are turning to ITIL to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of the services they provide to the business.
The CA Stock Exchange Simulation consists of five "trading rounds" that demonstrates the challenges faced by critical IT and business roles across an enterprise, as well as the affected processes and functions and their resulting impacts to the business. At the conclusion of each round, you will review simulation reports and receive a process maturity score. You will then work as a team to apply ITIL best practices to improve business processes, implement "technologies", and develop a communication structure that you will apply to subsequent rounds. Ultimately, you work toward reaching a maturity level where IT Services is no longer a reactive organization and can provide value to business, thus maximizing profit.
