Business Analyst: Designed for professionals managing post-implementation environments, this certification demonstrates that individuals can practice application management best practices including resource & scheduling management and related user-level troubleshooting.
Administrator: Designed for professionals managing post-implementation environments, this certification demonstrates that individuals can perform product and solution administration, basic configuration and security best practices, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Professional: Designed for professionals actively engaged in installing and implementing environments, this certification demonstrates knowledge of the application infrastructure and typical use cases that influence how CA Technologies solutions are installed, configured, and optimized for use by administrators, business analysts, and end-users.

Currently, Certification from CA Technologies is offered for the products specified below. Certification exams are designed to validate an individual’s knowledge pertaining to the primary and core functionality of a product. As such, credentials are issued based on major releases, although exams are updated periodically to ensure compatibility with point releases.

Registering for a Certification Exam
CA Technologies has partnered with a third party vendor, Prometric, to deliver and proctor all certification exams. With more than 3,100 locations around the world, you can easily find a location that is convenient for you and your organization.
To register for a Certification exams, please visit the CA Technologies Prometric Website. Please note that unlike Accreditation exams, which are free of charge, there is a fee associated with Certifications exams. Those fees will be assessed and payable via the Prometric website.
