MORGES, Switzerland – February 2, 2012 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA) today announced that Jacqueline de Rojas will join the Company as Vice President and General Manager, UK and Ireland on February 20, 2012. In this role she assumes responsibility for accelerating business growth in UK and Ireland and building on CA Technologies reputation as a thought leader in IT management solutions. Jacqueline’s unrivalled expertise and support, alongside the existing team, will further advance CA Technologies in its goal of helping customers to thrive in today’s highly competitive and rapidly changing marketplace.

Jacqueline's success is built upon operational excellence and her talent for coaching and mentoring her leadership teams, which has given her the ability to demonstrate scalable and sustainable growth. This manifests itself in unlocking the potential of the people around her, inspiring them to be motivated beyond what is seemingly 'possible' and building teams capable of executing the plan.
She joins CA Technologies from McAfee, where her focus on new business and the channel was the key to winning traction in new products across the enterprise and midmarket sectors. In the 30 months of her tenure, McAfee UK & Ireland moved from a point product vendor, selling mostly anti-virus, to becoming a credible security partner providing end to end security from silicon to the cloud. This and other achievements recently earned her McAfee’s Vice President of the Year. She previously also held leadership roles at Novell, Cartesis, Business Objects, Legent and Informix.
