Devoteam and CA Technologies form First Partnership for CA ecoDesktop
Desktop Power Management Solution Helps Identify Cost Savings and Environmental Impact
February 7, 2012 - PARIS, France & MORGES, Switzerland-- Devoteam, a leader in Information & Communication Technologies Consulting and IT management software and solutions company CA Technologies, today announced they have formed a partnership to build on the success of the CA ecoSoftware portfolio. CA Technologies has entered into an agreement whereby Devoteam will offer implementation and consulting services for the CA ecoDesktop power management solution to customers across EMEA; Devoteam is the first go-to-market partner for CA ecoDesktop in the region.

This new agreement will further strengthen the Devoteam and CA Technologies partnership, allowing Devoteam to utilise CA ecoDesktop to deliver green Information and Communications Technology services. The collective combination of skills and experience will provide a solid foundation for market deployment. Devoteam will be providing this solution to their current and future customers who are looking to reduce their carbon footprint.
Many organizations incur substantial costs for the energy consumed by desktop computers, with estimates showing that on average one third of all desktops are left on 24 hours a day. Enterprises and government organizations often seek to reduce the unnecessary consumption.
