Cancellations

If we must cancel your public class enrollment:

CA makes every effort to assure your class is taught when scheduled but occasionally, unforeseen issues can arise. Should issues like an instructor or location emergency, or low enrollment require us to postpone your class, we will provide you with as much advance notice as possible — in most cases, at least 11 business days. Once notified, you have the right to reschedule or request full credit. We advise you to keep this policy in mind as you make travel arrangements, as CA shall not be liable for non-refundable travel costs.

Walk-In Policy

Attendance in any CA Education course is by pre-registration only. CA reserves the right not to admit any person who has not pre-registered for a CA Education course. A confirmation letter will be issued as your proof of registration. CA disclaims any liability for any costs and expenses incurred by non-admittance.

Short Notice Class Requests

The standard lead-time to set up and deliver an onsite or private class is approximately two weeks. CA Education will be more than happy to entertain more urgent class requests from our clients. In order to maintain and manage the logistical requirements necessary in setting up a class on short notice, CA reserves the right to add an additional fee of two TCUs to the overall charge for the engagement.

Special Instructor Request

CA Education welcomes requests for specific instructors to teach our classes. We take pride in the relationships and reputations our instructors maintain with clients.

If you have a specific instructor you wish to invite to teach your onsite or private class we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, circumstances may make it difficult or impossible for us to make a specific instructor available to you. If the instructor you request is already assigned to another engagement, we will attempt to rearrange their schedule to meet your requirement; however it may not always be possible.

CA Education contracts with many very talented third party instructors to extend our capabilities. If one of these instructors is the subject of your request and we find it necessary to incur an additional cost to accommodate your request, there will be an additional fee of one TCU per class day.

Prerequisites

Students are required to meet the necessary technical prerequisites as stated in the course descriptions.

Fulfillment of prerequisites ensures that classes progress at the planned pace and that everyone derives the maximum benefit from them. If you have not attended a prerequisite course, your job experience may qualify you. If you have specific questions, please call your local Education Coordinator at (65) 6432 8676/24 and ask for assistance in determining which courses you should attend.

Class Scheduling

Our education courses are conducted on a regional basis in CA Learning Centers to accommodate the diverse locations of our customers.

The regional schedules give you a great deal of flexibility in planning individual training schedules for your personnel. You can select the course location and dates that best fit your requirements. Most classes are offered frequently throughout the year in various locations. Our goal is to provide all the classes that you want, when you need them and where you want them.
