CA Technologies announced on Thursday, March 25rd, 2010 that is has completed the acquisition of 3Tera, a pioneer in cloud computing. 3Tera’s AppLogic® provides an innovative solution for building cloud services and deploying complex enterprise-class applications to public and private clouds using an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI).
With 3Tera — which follows CA Technologies recent acquisitions of Cassatt, NetQoS and Oblicore — CA Technologies continues to aggressively expand its portfolio of solutions to manage cloud computing as an integrated part of an IT management program. These capabilities allow customers to capitalize effectively on emerging technologies and operating models for IT, like cloud computing.
