Mike Gregoire, CEO of CA Technologies, opened CA World ’13 by outlining four disruptive trends–DevOps, Mobility, Saas, and Big Data–that are reshaping the role of today’s CIO. Mike shared how CA Technologies has the solutions and expertise to help CIOs manage and secure IT in this new, challenging landscape with speed, agility and flexibility. Our EVP of Enterprise Solutions and Technology Group, Peter Griffiths, reviewed the challenges, obstacles and corresponding solutions that CA Technologies offers to help our customers lead transformation and grow their businesses in the game-changing environments of Mobility, DevOps, and Cloud. And, Guest Keynote speaker Sir Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin Group, energized the crowd and shared anecdotes and lessons learned from his decades of experience as a global entrepreneur, adventurer, humanitarian, and business magnate. Sir Richard urged attendees to take risks, be bold, strive for innovation, and “… punch above your weight.” He added, “There’s no use in crafting a quality product if you don’t sing and dance about it.”
