As a virtual organization, Council members step up from their primary responsibilities to engage in Council activities that are relevant and impactful to the business. Because each member selects the projects and degree of effort they contribute, the Council direction is a reflection of the priorities of the membership and the concerns of the technical community at large.
While membership in the Council itself is highly selective and a significant honor — less than 2% of the total CA Technologies technical community is elected to Council Membership — our operations and projects are transparent and inclusive. We actively encourage comment and participation from the entire CA technical community.
Adjunct Program
The Council Adjunct Program is a global program that operates across geographic and organizational boundaries. It enables high potential individuals in the CA Technologies technical organization to grow leadership and technical skills, and to build a peer network around the next generation of technical leaders.
Adjunct members are nominated by their organizations once a year, and are matched with a CTE mentor and with other Adjuncts. The teams, which are formed annually, develop their own project goals and have been highly successful in creating value for CA Technologies.
