The CA Customer Care mission is to:
Improve the customer experience across all regions and customer segments, creating a single, seamless CA interface for customers by improving accessibility, globalizing processes, reducing inter-departmental transfers and improving resolution times.
Our commitment is to act as a point of contact for CA´s customers and our internal departments, answering all non-technical questions by researching and managing them, working alongside other CA departments.
The CA Customer Care team takes ownership of customer issues and provides clear response times, assisting in the management of customer feedback, escalations and technical support issues.
