Training is a key contributor to the successful adoption and use of CA Technologies solutions. To help our customers realize these benefits, the Maximize Your Investment with CA Education track offers several training options for multiple products and topic areas. Attendees can take advantage of:
- Hands-on education sessions that enable you to work directly with CA products
- Over 200 web-based training courses (see more details below)
- Seminar-style instruction with session materials taken directly from existing courseware
- Certification exams proctored on site
By taking these courses, you can leave CA World with the real-world experience, knowledge and certification that can be applied immediately to CA Technologies solutions.

Certification from CA Technologies
While attending CA World 2011, attendees will have an opportunity to sit for a certification exam in Mandalay Bay Ballroom H.
Offered in 3 role-based versions including Professional, Associate and Business Analyst, Certification from CA Technologies measures an individual’s skills, knowledge, and expertise in managing, administering, installing, configuring and implementing select CA Technologies products.
Certification is offered for the following products:
CA eHealth® r6
CA Spectrum ® r9
CA SiteMinder® r12
CA Service Desk Manager® r12
CA APM
CA Clarity™ PPM r12
The cost for the exam is $200 US. But, the first 200 visitors to the CA Education booth in the Exhibit Hall will receive a complimentary voucher. Any other attendees interested in sitting for the exam while attending CA World 2011, will receive a 50% off voucher.

*Limited to one voucher per registered CA World attendee. The exam vouchers are redeemable for one CA certification exam proffered by CA’s certification partner, Prometric. Voucher recipients must redeem the voucher and take the selected certification exam during CA World (November 14, 2011) and all unredeemed vouchers will be void after November 18, 2011. Employees or officials of any governmental or quasi-governmental entity are not eligible to receive a full exam voucher but are eligible to obtain a discount voucher.

Web Based Training Courses
At CA World 2011, you will have access to self-paced hands-on labs over the full three days of the conference. That’s a value of over $2100* in product training that you can take advantage of while attending CA World.
The self-paced content is made up of hundreds of web-based, with online instruction sessions. These titles will run from 30 minutes to 2 hours in duration. Our goal is to provide our attendees tremendous flexibility with their schedules.
