The CA World official hotels have bundled together some of the most requested services into one convenient fee and also included some items exclusively for CA World attendees.
Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and THEhotel - $18 per room per night, plus taxes includes:
In-room wireless internet
Cardio center admission (does not include Spa access)
Daily newspaper
Local and 800 number calls
Outgoing faxes
Printing of Boarding passes at the Hotel Business Center
A coupon good for 2 free well drinks per room per stay at select casino bars
MGM Grand Hotel & Casino - $18 per room per night, plus taxes includes:
Fitness center access
High speed internet (in-room)
Daily newspaper available for pick up
$15.00 beverage credit per stay at any MGM Grand owned bar/lounge

Hotel Room Cancellation
All cancellations to hotel rooms must be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. Refunds will be made to the credit card provided and appear on the next credit card statement in your billing cycle.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
If you do not check into the hotel on your requested arrival date (no show) it will result in the cancellation of the entire reservation and the forfeit of the deposit.
Incidental Holds
The hotels will place the following holds against credit cards for incidentals at check in:
Luxor/ Mandalay Bay / THEhotel - $100 per day, per person. If you choose to decline incidentals, you will be unable to use the minibar.
MGM - $100 per night up to the 3rd night for guest with CC, $200 for guest with debit card, $100 per night for cash guests who wants charge to room. Guests can also choose to advise the front desk agent that they decline to have any holds on their debit or credit card if they will not charge any incidentals to their room.
