Booking a Flight

Listed below is the contact information for our preferred North American airline partners. Use the corresponding codes to receive CA World group discounts. An alternative to contacting any of the airlines directly is to call CA Travel on 800-343-8781 and select the prompt for groups. There is a $30 booking fee.

American Airlines

Refer to 93N1BB. There is a $25.00 per ticket per person booking fee.

Continental Airlines
Phone: 1 800 468 7022 – When calling to make a reservation you need to provide the Z Code which is ZKGU and the Agreement Code 456400. There is a $25 service fee per ticket.
To book on-line go to www.continental.com and enter Offer Code ZKGU in the Offer Code Box when searching for flights. There is no service fee for on-line reservations and an additional 3% discount.

Delta

Call and refer to the NM7NG code. There is no ticket fee for phone reservations. Online reservations are not allowed.

United Airlines
Phone: 1 800 521 4041. Call Mon – Fri 8am – 10pm and reference the Promotion Code 590GU.
There is no service fee for phone bookings.
To book on-line go to www.UNITED.COM and use promotion code 590GU (case sensitive). There are no booking fees for on-line bookings.

Renting a Car

Call 800 654 2240 Meeting Services or book on line at www.hertz.com and refer to CD#04030004. Cars are valid for pickup between Nov 6 and Nov 24, 2011.

Arriving in Las Vegas

A number of shuttle services are available at the Las Vegas Airport, and are located on the north and west sides of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13. One-way fares from the airport to hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and costs start at $6.50.

Taxicabs are located on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers. All taxi fares are the same, $3.30 initial charge and $.20 per 1/11th of a mile. Please note that taxis will not accept credit card payments and there is a $1.80 charge on all fares originating at the airport. The cost of a one way taxi ride to a hotel on the Strip is approximately $14-20 depending on traffic.

Getting Around the Las Vegas Strip

The Las Vegas Monorail is a convenient way to travel among the Las Vegas Strip hotels. It operates from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily. Gliding above traffic at speeds reaching 50 miles per hour, you will be able to cover the four mile long route in approximately 14 minutes for as little as $5.00.  Discounted one day fares are available.
