Registration for CA World 2011 is now open

Be sure to save your place for the largest global gathering of CA Technologies customers, executives, business partners and IT leaders. Information provided here will help you prepare for the event.

Programs taking place at CA World that are by invitation only will have a unique link for registration and invitations will be sent out as registration for those programs open. If you feel you will be attending any invitation-only programs do not register at this time on one of the above links.

Conference Fees

Conference Registration fee is

Discounts and Offers

CA User Community Members Discount (Global User Communities and Regional User Groups)

For members of CA Global User Communities & Regional User Groups attending CA World 2011, we are pleased to offer a $200 discount off the CA World registration fee for registering prior to CA World.    Please use the User Group Member registration link to take advantage of this offer

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept for payment: check, money order, wire transfers, U.S. Government purchase orders, CA Education Training Credits, Pre Paid CA World Passes.

Training Credits (formerly known as TCU's) are prepaid standard units of currency that can be used toward the CA World 2011 registration fee. You will need the site ID for your company and the contract number that the units were included in.

Pre Paid CA World Packages are passes specifically for the registration of CA World purchased through a new or renewed contract. These passes may have been purchased in conjunction with hotel and air travel passes. You will need the site ID for your company and the contract number that the passes were included in. Once you have registered, please contact your sales representative to book and redeem any passes for hotel accommodation and / or air travel.

Speaker Registration

If you have been accepted as a speaker at CA World 2011, your fee for attending CA World 2011 is waived. You can register using the General Attendee registration link.  You will be asked for the session code for your primary session. This will identify you as an official CA World Speaker.

The session code can be found in your CA World Speaker packet and should be entered in the Session Code field and not the Admin Code field in the registration application.  If you have questions, please contact your Track Leader. If your speaker status is pending, please do not register until you are either accepted or denied as a CA World Speaker.

User Group Registration

  • Select the link for User Group Member form the CA World Registration Page
  • Click "Log In," located at the top right of your screen.
  • Once logged in, select "Communities & Insights," located on the top navigation. From the drop down list, select "Communities."
  • Once on the Communities page; select your desired community.
  • Once on your desired community page, refer to the left navigation. There will be an information box labeled "CA World 2011 Discount." Follow the instructions for registration.

Registration Confirmation

Confirmation for registration will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.

Payment Policy

All monies referenced herein are in U.S. dollars.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations of registration must be in writing on company letterhead or from a company email address and emailed by October 31, 2011. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund, less a US $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after November 1, 2011 will not be given a refund. No refunds will be given after the conclusion of the conference.

Substitutions

All substitutions must be received on company letterhead or from a company email address and received by October 31, 2011. Substitutions must include the names of both the original and substitute registrant and use the original payment. Changes in payment are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee.

Early Bird Policy

The Early Bird offer applies to Attendees, Exhibitors and Sponsors registering and paying in full for their registration prior to October 14, 2011. Attendees who use Training Credits or a Pre-Paid CA World Pass are eligible for this offer. The Early Bird Offer is not available to Attendees who receive a discounted, with the exception of the User Group Member discount or free pass, to Exhibitors or Sponsors who received passes as part of their sponsorship, to any Attendees who are employees of any governmental or quasi-governmental organization or of CA Technologies or to any Attendees, Exhibitors or Sponsors who subsequently cancel their registration.  The Early Bird Offer may also be unavailable to Attendees who modify their registration following the above stated date. Attendees who are unable to accept the Early Bird Offer due to the gift and compliance policies of their organization, are requested to indicate so where indicated during the registration process.

Age Policy

No one under the age of 21 is permitted at a CA World event.

Video and Photography Footage Policy

CA Technologies Reserves the right to use all video and photographic footage from CA World 2011 for future CA World promotions. Any unauthorized recording of the presentations or demonstrations at CA World is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

CA Technologies is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable laws. The personal information collected on this registration page will be used in the United States and elsewhere by CA and Jack Morton Worldwide, a company that has been engaged by CA Technolgies to manage the registration process. This information will be used for the purpose of providing services, administering your registration and providing marketing and/ or product information to you and your employer. Discount Policy

Any requests for discounts to the CA World registration price must be made at the time of registration. We will be unable to accommodate discount requests once the registration proces has been completed. Requests for discounts will not be extended to onsite registrations. Current discounts may not be applicable to individuals registering outside the United States. Please Contact your local CA Technologies Representative for additional information.
