About PinkVERIFY Certification and CA Service Desk Manager

With the release of ITIL version 3 (V3), Pink Elephant has developed a new PinkVERIFY certification scheme to reflect support of processes within the Service Lifecycle. CA has had its service support solutions assessed and certified as compatible with ITIL V3 processes by Pink Elephant. CA Service Desk Manager R12.0 has been found to be compatible with the fourteen ITIL V3 processes identified by Pink Elephant.
