This site contains CA's Master Agreement ("MA"), which is CA's base standard licensing vehicle as well as Specific Program Documentation ("SPD") which are program specific terms applying to certain CA software.

These documents are for use across all CA's business units, for all products and for all customers, subject to local country legal requirements.

Licensing, Purchasing and Maintenance

The MA and the SPD differ depending on the country from which you purchase the license and associated maintenance

• USA, Canada, Latin America, APJ, South Africa, including Turkey and CA SEE only for Mainframe Products

• Europe and Middle East including Turkey and CA SEE only for Distributed Products
