CA Technologies is committed to improving sustainability and has outlined goals for reducing energy consumption and landfill waste. These goals are only achievable with employee engagement.
The Green Teams program gives employees the opportunity to take part in initiatives to help reduce environmental impact. A pilot project at three sites included efforts to increase recycling, turn off devices and use greener transportation.
The pilot proved very successful and the initiative is now being rolled out to an additional 15 sites. The program will help CA Technologies increase efficiency, reduce costs, meet sustainability goals and create a rewarding workplace.
