Solution:
The bank uses CA Spectrum Infrastructure Manager, CA eHealth Performance Manager and CA NSM to monitor 150 networking devices and a variety of servers, including virtual devices. The solutions enable rapid and remote troubleshooting, improved capacity planning and centralised IT management.

Result:
Southeast Bank now has greater visibility of IT problems and performance, which has resulted in a 50 percent faster fix time for network faults and 100 percent availability for core applications. This has helped to increase staff productivity, customer service quality and competitive advantage.
