Solution: By deploying CA Clarity™ Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) IBTech has been able to implement greater controls and adopt best practices. The solution contains records for 500 live projects, automates reporting and simplifies resource allocation.
Result: More mature project management processes have enabled IBTech to increase efficiency and improve governance. As a result, it can provide better services and information to Finansbank to enable the delivery of technology-based services to customers that improve competitive advantage
