  • AUTOMATED TESTING:  Managing IPT is a manual and laborious task today with valuable end-users finding most voice service problems themselves.  Clarus automates these manual tasks including solving remote IPT problems.
  • REMOTE TROUBLESHOOTING:  Most troubleshooting and diagnostic is being done by the end-user on site and is very costly.  Clarus lowers the Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) by troubleshooting even remote location issues from a central location, removing many costs for managing enterprise and distributed systems out of the equation.
