At CA Technologies, helping others is an important part of our culture, and we have a long history of giving our time and talents to those in need. Since its inception in 2005, CA Together in Action, our worldwide volunteer month, has provided employees with the opportunity to take time during business hours to participate in a variety of volunteer activities. Activities include beach and park clean-ups, mentoring children, building affordable housing and assisting food banks with feeding the hungry. Since the program began, participation levels have continued to grow, demonstrating the commitment our employees have to contributing their time and talents to the communities where we live and work.
Earth Day
Since 2008, CA Technologies employees have participated in Earth Day volunteer projects around the globe aimed at inspiring environmental awareness. Activities include beach and park clean-ups, tree plantings, gardening, trail maintenance, landscape beautification and litter removal.
Matching Gifts
The CA Technologies Matching Gifts program is driven by the passion and commitment of our employees to help others. Employees can contribute to nonprofits of their choice worldwide with a one-to-one company match of up to $5,000 each year.
