CA Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, August 3, 2016 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of  $0.255 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 13, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 25, 2016.
