CA Technologies has completed its acquisition of privately-held Paragon Global Technology, Inc. (PGTI). PGTI brings 14 years of success in delivering outstanding workload automation solutions to customers worldwide, serving some of CA Technologies largest CA Workload Automation AE (formerly CA AutoSys®) customers.
The acquisition brings PGTI products iXp and iDash into the CA Technologies fold adding critical-path monitoring, predictive analytics, SLA management, historical reporting and administration to its workload automation product portfolio.

Products acquired are:
CA Workload Automation iDash
A web-based solution for SLA and critical-path monitoring/alerting, and graphical reporting; iDash helps create an efficient and finely tuned CA WA AE environment.
CA Workload Automation iXp
A Java-based tool and graphical interface for CA WA AE that enables users to graphically monitor, troubleshoot, control and update CA WA AE job streams across multiple instances. CA WA iXp helps better manage, monitor, forecast and secure CA WA AE across multiple instances, versions and environments.
Support for Customers
Technical Support for existing PGTI customers will be migrated to CA Support in the month of September. At that time issues will be able to be interacted with on https://support.ca.com and they will be able to contact support using the following information.Until that time, existing customers should continue to work with PGTI as in the past.
New customers will immediately have full access to CA Support.
