The Support and Communities page are transitioning from the NolioSoft.com domain to the CA.com domain. The below list of FAQs are designed to help us walk you through the upcoming transition and to ensure a high standard of customer care.
Q: How do I contact Support?
A: Email is the currently the preferred method of contact. The address is firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com . If you prefer to use the telephone, the toll free number for our Global Service Center in North America is 1-800-225-5224, for all other regions click here.
Q: When will issue management capabilities be available on CA Support Online?
A: The ability to log and monitor issues on support.ca.com will be available in Q4.
Q: Where are my open and closed issues?
A: They are still in our systems and will be migrated to CA Support online in Q4 where you will be able to view, edit, and update them at that time.
Q: How do I download the software?
A: Downloads are already available on CA Support online once you have registered here and you have been validated. Recall that issue management will not be available on this site until later in Q4. Please submit and email or call our Global Service Center as noted above.
Q: How do I access the Nolio Communities on CA Support online?
A: First, you will want to register to become a member by filling out the form located here (This is the same registration as above for downloads). Your registration will be received by CA Technologies and approved normally within one business day. Once registered, join the community labeled “CA Release Automation Global User Community”.
Q: Where can I find information on how to participate in the Community?
A: Please see the web page here which has quick start videos, tips, and general help on how to work in the CA Communities.
