Service Assurance Solutions — CA World 2011

The availability and performance of business services and the infrastructure they rely on are critical to customer success, employee productivity, business agility, and bottom line. Service Assurance solutions from CA Technologies help improve service quality, predictability, and efficiency—even in the most dynamic IT environments.

CA Technologies Service Assurance solutions link end-user experience, transactions, and applications with their underlying systems and network infrastructure. Doing so makes it possible to understand the performance, risk, and quality of services across physical, virtual and cloud environments. The solutions provide complete visibility from a service orientation, so IT can prioritize actions based on business impact and SLA compliance, as well as be better equipped to adapt to infrastructure changes, without impacting service delivery.
