CA Technologies partners with 100Kin10 and supports their mission to address the shortage of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) teachers and improve STEM learning for all students by training and retaining 100,000 excellent STEM teachers by 2021. Their network of supporters includes federal agencies to corporations, universities, school districts and nonprofits.
CA Technologies supports Change the Equation, a nonprofit member organization that works at the intersection of business and education to ensure all students are STEM literate by collaborating with schools, communities, and states to adopt and implement excellent STEM policies and programs. The organization offers a broad umbrella where companies can connect, identify opportunities for jointly leveraging their STEM investments and achieve more together than they can separately.
Since 2011, CA Technologies has been a member of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). Established in 2005 by President Bill Clinton, CGI convenes global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges. Since the organization’s inception, CGI has helped to improve the lives of more than 430 million people in more than 180 countries. CA Technologies participates in their Annual Meeting and CGI America and is part of the organization’s STEM Education Working Group.
CA Technologies is a member of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP), a membership organization with a mission to draw together and empower senior executives of the world’s leading companies to achieve unprecedented progress on societal challenges while driving business performance.
Since 2007, CA Technologies has been a member of the UN Global Compact (UNGC), a strategic policy initiative for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. CA Technologies also endorses the UN Women and UN Global Compact’s Women’s Empowerment Principles, which offer guidance on how to empower women in the workplace, marketplace and community. The company has provided a CEO Statement of Support for these principles. CA Technologies was also named to the United Nations Global Compact 100, a global stock index that combines corporate sustainability and baseline financial performance.
