This page is designed to walk you through the process of verifying that your hardware, software, and network will support your upcoming CA Education VL class. It is essential that you complete the following 4 steps in order to ensure your successful participation in the Virtual Learning course.

Perform browser configuration for Virtual Learning Labs:
If your class does not have a Virtual Learning Lab you may skip this step.If your class will use CA Education Virtual Learning Labs, follow this link to run the browser test that will check your browsersettings, install ActiveX controls, and test your network connection:

Log into the class early to download materials:
You will receive an email containing the link to enter your virtual class. SAVE THIS EMAIL!
You must log into the virtual classroom at least 15 minutes prior to class to configure your audio and download course updates. This will ensure clean slide transitions during the lecture.
Once you enter the event, click the Audio/Video menu and select Audio Setup Wizard.
