CA Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend
ISLANDIA, N.Y., November 9, 2011 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 14, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 22, 2011.
