Certification levels include:
• Certified Administrator – For professionals managing post-implementation environments, this level verifies competency in product and solution administration, basic configuration and security best practices, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Certified Business Analyst – For professionals managing post-implementation environments, this level verifies competency in practice application management best practices, including resource and scheduling management, and related user-level troubleshooting.
