Certification Program Acknowledges Highest Level of Technical Competency

Certification from CA Technologies offers a rigorous third party validated approach for measuring skill and expertise in managing, administering, installing, configuring and implementing select CA solutions by customers, partners and individuals.

The role-based certification exams proctored by Prometric, a leading global provider of testing and assessment services, are available for CA Clarity™ PPM r12, CA eHealth® Performance Manager r6, CA Spectrum Infrastructure Manager® r9, CA SiteMinder® r12, CA Service Desk Manager® r12, and CA Application Performance Management.
 
Certification levels include:

• Certified Administrator – For professionals managing post-implementation environments, this level verifies competency in product and solution administration, basic configuration and security best practices, reporting and troubleshooting.

• Certified Business Analyst – For professionals managing post-implementation environments, this level verifies competency in practice application management best practices, including resource and scheduling management, and related user-level troubleshooting.

• Certified Professional – For professionals actively engaged in installing and implementing environments, this level demonstrates knowledge of the application infrastructure and typical use cases that influence how solutions are installed, configured and optimized for use by administrators, business analysts and end-users.
