Outscale Builds New Cloud Services with CA Technologies Turnkey Cloud Platform

French Managed Service Provider to Use the CA AppLogic® Platform to Deliver IaaS and SaaS Solutions

ISLANDIA, N.Y. and PARIS, November 3, 2011 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced that Outscale, a French managed service provider (MSP), has chosen the CA AppLogic® turnkey cloud computing platform to deliver a new set of cloud services, available starting in November 2011.

Outscale, founded in January 2011, is developing an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offering built on the CA AppLogic platform. It also is rolling out a SaaS enabler program to help independent software vendors (ISVs) deliver traditional server-based applications in a Software as a Service  model. Outscale’s ISV customers will use the CA AppLogic's platform application wrapping feature to create easily reusable and flexible virtual business services.

In addition, Outscale will provide ISVs with dedicated consulting services, helping them choose cloud solutions best suited to meet their specific business needs, while offering scalable, rapidly provisioned private or hybrid clouds in several data centers.
