Business Technology Officer
Leo Annab is the Business Technology Officer for CA Technologies. Driving the adoption of next-generation methodologies and tools, he is responsible for the global development project management competency and shared development services.
Leo joined CA Technologies in 2005. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for CA Technologies Worldwide Support. In this position he led a transformation effort that enabled the company to boost support capabilities for existing products, while facilitating new product launches with support readiness and customer lifecycle programs, such as Go-Live with CA Technologies. Under his leadership, CA Technologies Support consistently improved customer satisfaction year-over-year.
Among the other innovations Leo initiated were CA Support Online; robust tiered-support offerings; a technical account management function; Partner Delivered Support programs; and the Customer Value Network, an organized group of programs, services and offerings that deliver added value for customers throughout the software lifecycle.
Prior to CA Technologies, Leo held multiple leadership positions with IBM, most recently as an executive in the Application Services Unit of IBM Global Services, responsible for the CMMI-based transformation services for the company’s clients. Leo also held leadership roles in product software development including software support and services.
Leo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Toronto.
