Rick Fitz

Rick Fitz is senior vice president of product management at CA Technologies. His responsibilities include product planning and strategy development for the Service Assurance portfolio, which includes solutions for application performance management, infrastructure management, and service operations management.

Prior to joining CA Technologies in March 2008, he spent 12 years in a variety of senior management positions at Network General, BMC Software, Peregrine Corporation, and Remedy Corporation. Subsequent to joining Remedy, Fitz owned a software engineering company that specialized in developing advanced telecommunication systems for the Utility industry and was a member of the technical team at Rational Software Corporation.

Fitz earned an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University and a B.S in computer engineering from the University of the Pacific
