You can participate in a Customer Value Program, a short engagement which helps you assess your implementation, understand the gaps, and provide specific recommendations on how you can leverage additional capabilities. You can also access an Online Solution Assessment or request a Customer Value Analysis to help you assess your ROI. With the Software Rationalization program, we’ll help you identify ways to consolidate vendors and/or products and find opportunities to increase efficiencies. We also introduce you to Beta programs where you can obtain early access to new software releases so you can begin testing in your environment.
CA Services offers longer-engagement Healthcheck Services, and can work with you on your upgrade projects. CA Education provides learning solutions to help your users get more from the implementation.
