In the third stage of Go Live with CA Technologies, your projects have moved into production and an integrated CA Technologies team works with your staff to monitor initial progress and ensure long-term project success. We have found that the first 90 days are the most critical in a production rollout, so we provide proactive monitoring during that period, including checkpoints at 45 and 90 days. We contact you to review progress, introduce you to CA Technologies production support, and verify your users and administrators have the training they need to use and manage your solution.
