NOTE: Due to the recent upgrade for Secure File Transfer and Storage, the file attachment steps in this video are out-of-date and are currently being updated. Users opening a case can still attach files by selecting the 'File Attachments' tab that is presented immediately after you open the case. Within the File Attachments tab, you must select the 'Manage Case File Attachments' link to open the new secure file attachment client where you can then drag and drop files to attach to your case. Alternatively, FTP command line, both secure and non-secure, is still supported. Secure FTP clients are available from third party vendors and can be downloaded as freeware from the site of your choice.
