IMPORTANT support notice to CA Process Automation users on UNIX and Linux!

A significant problem was discovered in the CA Process Automation installer for versions 4.0 0000 and 4.0 SP1 which can cause loss of the contents of the /usr/local/bin directory when installing on UNIX or Linux platforms. This can occur for both initial installation, and Agent and Orchestrator installs.

A remediated download for CA Process Automation 4.0 SP1 has been posted.

This does not affect installation in any Windows environment.  Even so, if there is any possibility of deployment on Linux or UNIX, with any version of CA Process Automation 4.0 or CA Process Automation 4.0 SP1 published prior to August 30th it is strongly suggested that your site upgrade or reinstall with the refreshed CA Process Automation 4.0 SP1 download.

CA Process Automation 4.0 0000 is no longer available for download and users should use the remediated CA Process Automation 4.0 SP1 instead.
