The following tables provide a list of supported RAID devices:

Dell
EMC
Engenio/LSI Logic
Fujitsu Siemens
HDS
HP
IBM
StorageTek
SGI
SUN
NOTE:

1. CA SRM now supports any Disk Array that is conformant with SNIA SMI-S disk array profiles (version- 1.2 and above), using a generic SMI-S based data collection agent.

2. Generic SMI-S is developed with SNIA SMI-S disk array profile standards. In case of any deviations in the vendor SMI-S specifications, CA SRM cannot collect and report all the attributes. If you have any problems with the registration or data collection, contact CA Technical Support.

3. CA SRM no longer supports disk arrays registration using vendor-specific APIs.

4. Disk Arrays registered in the CA SRM, for example, EMC Symmetrix and Hitachi will continue to collect data using SymCli or Hicommand. However, if you register the disk arrays for the first time, or delete and re-register existing disk arrays, you need to configure the SMI-S provider first.
