Utility process to validate the IP address change of the device and update the IP address in both Spectrum & cmdb.
PAM Process name: /CA_Monitoring Service_1.1/Maintenance/Util_Validate_DeviceIP_Mismatch

The utility util_load_spectrum_cmdb.xml will now properly move on to the next device when an error occurs while fixing Spectrum.
7. Updated Correlation Logic in Nimsoft
We will now use the simple name for a device and tenant name to handle correlation within Nimsoft. Previously it used IP which caused duplicate entries in the database due to multiple IPs on a device or IPs changing.
8. Add Devices to CMBD for onboarding ITCM agent
Utility to add devices which have trouble doing through MaaS Add object. This will add devices to CMDB and hence these devices can be used for onboarding ITCM agent
