1 RTC 152089 Fixes an issue where the Agent Manager and the Report Agent daemons fail to start after an upgrade to 12.8 SP1 using parallel RPM.
2 RTC 158264 Fixes an issue where the installer fails to validate the proper file name and location of the FIPSkey provided by the customer while installing the Load Balancing Enterprise Management Server. As the validation checks are not in place, the installer proceeds but fails.
3 RTC 159849 Fixes an issue where no error message pops up on checking in the Exclusive Session Account in French and Japanese browser.
4 RTC 151499 Fixes an issue where the following error message pops up when a user tries to end the SSH proxy session by typing 'exit' or 'logout' command in the console:

'An internal error has occurred within the CA PIM Proxy.'
5 RTC 157875 Fixes an issue where an invalid data/time format is generated in the emails for the account approval requests.
6 RTC 159711 Fixes an issue where a customer fails to modify user accounts after an upgrade to 12.8 CF3 because no special characters are allowed in the phone number.
7 RTC 158367 Fixes an issue where the installer fails to validate the hostname while installing the Load Balancing Enterprise Management Server. 
8 RTC 156847 Fixes an issue where on deleting endpoint using rest API, the associated accounts are not deleted. 
9 RTC 160389 Fixes an issue where the automatic undeploy script executes incorrect selang command to remove the XGROUP rule.
10 RTC 155413 Fixes an issue where a customer fails to delete a registry key manually, when the registry is restored in a wrong location.

Example,

  1. You save the registry key information in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREComputerAssociatesAccessControl:
    C:>REG SAVE HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREComputerAssociatesAccessControl C:reg.bak
  2. By mistake, you restore the reg.bak in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREComputerAssociates:
    C:>REG RESTORE HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREComputerAssociates "C:reg.bak"

    Result: The registry is restored under ComputerAssociates but data cannot be removed.
11 RTC 62726 Fixes an issue where no specific error messages are displayed when the database and Active Directory connection fails during the Enterprise Management Server installation.
12 RTC 167553 Fixes an issue where the 32 bit CA Privileged Identity Manager installation fails on Oracle 6.5 with 3.8.13-16.2.1.el6uek kernel.
13 RTC 166477 Fixes the OpenSSL vulnerability issues by supporting CAPKI 4.3.8.
14 RTC 156555 Fixes an issue where the unsupported character '&' in the database password results in the Enterprise Management Server installation failure.
