CleverPath Enterprise Content Manager (ECM),
Release 3.5 Service Pack 1.

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 1 (SP1) for CleverPath Enterprise Content Manager (ECM), release 3.5, is now available for distribution from CA's SupportConnect and FTP site. SP1 can be downloaded directly from your web browser here.

This particular Service Pack contains valuable product maintenance as well as a number of beneficial enhancements to the original release of the product. The bulkload utility has been enhanced, with improved performance and more commands to control uploading large numbers of documents at one time. New features have been added to the Library Browser. Support has been added for new file types such as Microsoft Visio and Project files. Operating system support has been expanded to include Windows XP. The readme file included with SP1 contains a complete description of all the new enhancements and software maintenance available within SP1.

This Service Pack should only be applied to Enterprise Content Manager release 3.5. The readme file included with SP1 contains comprehensive installation instructions to help you deploy this Service Pack within your environment. Please read it thoroughly prior to installing this Service Pack.
