Where should I go?

  • Nimsoft Technical Support Site - Use the Nimsoft Technical Support Site to access the Customer Portal, read the latest announcements, browse the online knowledge base, download technical information and software packages, review and participate in product forums, search the online archive of downloads, datasheets and release notes, and access training materials.

  • Nimsoft Customer Portal - Use the Customer Portal to submit, review, and update your account's issues as well as search the online knowledge base for answers to common issues and resolutions.

  • Nimsoft Support Email Address - Use Nimsoft Support email to ask questions, make comments and for help with licensing keys. You can also obtain a login account; you will receive an email with links and easy-to-follow directions for logging in.

  • Nimsoft FAQ - Use this document to answer some of the most frequently asked questions by our customers.

  • Phone Support - The preferred method to contact Nimsoft Technical Support is via the Customer Portal. If you do not have a portal account, you can request one via support@nimsoft.com and one will be provided to you within 1 business day. If your situation is urgent, call one of the following:

    • For Nimsoft Monitor and Cloud User Experience Monitor support, call +1 408 796 3400 (Americas) or +44 1753 241508 option 3 (Europe).
    • For Nimsoft Service Desk support, call +1 877 847 6912.

What do I need to do now?

If you are an existing customer or partner, there is nothing you have to do right now.

If you are a new customer, use the Nimsoft Support email address to obtain your login account information so you can access all the information and resources available to you.
