Dear Valued Client:

In order to effectively support the latest environments and the environments of the future, we must also discontinue support on some older releases of our products. As a result, we will be discontinuing support for the Unicenter TNG Response Manager Option 2.0.2, 2.0.3 and 3.0.2, including the Unicenter TNG Response Manager Probe 2.5.2 as of July 31, 2002, or the expiration of your current maintenance term, whichever is later.

Our records show that you have one of the following Unicenter TNG products:

Unicenter TNG Response Manager Option 2.0.2

Unicenter TNG Response Manager Option 2.0.3

Unicenter TNG Response Manager Option 3.0.2

Unicenter TNG Response Manager Probe 2.5.2

Unicenter TNG Response Manager Probe 2.5.3

To upgrade to the UnicenterĀ® Performance Management 3.0, please call 1-800-637-5858 in North America, or contact you local Client Relationship Manager (CRM). If you are located outside of North America, please call your local Computer Associates office.
