Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA) is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to effectively support the latest computing environments and those of the future, we continually evaluate our products to determine their strategic direction. In order to focus our development and support efforts on our most strategic business tools we have decided to functionally stabilize Unicenter Argis Analysis.

Functionally stabilizing a product means that there will be no new releases or further enhancements to this product. In addition, maintenance and support for this product will continue only through the end of your current maintenance contract licensing term or May 15, 2005, whichever occurs later.

Once your Computer Associates maintenance and support agreement has expired you may call a Best Software Contact at # 800-777-8161, Extension 243 to arrange ongoing support.

If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact a Customer Service Assistant at 1-800-637-5858, who will direct you to someone who can assist you.
