Seeing error "Unable to start User Data Service. Ensure that the bootstrap is complete before starting User Data Service." in the CA App Experience Analytics ca-uds.log
This error indicates that the bootstrapping for the component did not run/complete successfully during installation. This usually happens when manual installation is done, as the installer would have performed the bootstrapping automatically.

Seeing error "Unable to process request at this time, please try again later" upon AXA (MAA) Tomee Server Start Up.
This error will be logged until all the components are able to talk to each other via JMS upon start up. It should go away once all the connections between the components are established successfully.

Fully qualified domain name for AXA (formerly MAA) install.
AXA (formerly MAA) installer needs a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). If a FQDN is not specified during the install, a series of manual steps are required post install to specify FQDN instead of hostname.

After a fresh installation of Mobile Application Analytics (MBAA) 16.1, default username "masteradmin" and default password "master1234!" can be used to login. You will be prompted to change this default password before logging in.
