"Deployment Build" Unusable as Combination User-Input and Environment Parameter
In version 5.0 and later, "Deployment Build" cannot be used as an environment parameter in ROC like it's predecessor, "Release Version", could be in legacy version 4.7.

How to check if RA management server is started?
Start Release Automation Server service and return to command prompt. And then, attempt to login Release Operations Center (ROC) or Automation Studio (ASAP), but cannot login properly. It seems that loading is continued indefinitely.
