Uttar Pradesh is India’s fourth largest state with 190 million citizens, 72 districts, and nearly 700 cities and 100,000 villages. The state government delivers a range of public services, such as education and housing.
The state is increasingly using the Internet to deliver public services. To ensure 24/7 connectivity for its IT systems, it needed to take a more proactive approach to network management.
CA eHealth and CA Spectrum monitor network devices, performance levels and bandwidth utilisation. The solutions have simplified problem resolution and capacity planning.
By improving network availability, the state has increased the quality of online services. It will also be able to expand its egovernment programme to achieve greater efficiency, transparency and cost savings.
